LOVE MAKES HEALTHY

Love is as vital to every human that even little babies die for lack of it and older people die longing for it. Humans are restless and strongly reactive to emotions, and when found and established any good relationships, it rewards to great and healthy living. To live healthily, we cannot separate the effectiveness of a peaceful and positive love experiences from our source of good and healthy living.

"There's no evidence that the intense, passionate stage of a new romance is beneficial to health," Reis, PhD, co-editor of the Encyclopedia of Human Relationships. "Those who fall in love say it feels wonderful and agonizing at the same time." The falling and rising in loving experiences can be a source of unhealthy living.

There are strong evidences that people who participate in satisfying, relationships fare better on a whole variety of health measures, only people with a more peaceful experience of love can testify to the clear yield of health benefits. With a number of successful researches into close relationships, the key interest of the parties involved is simply to feel loved by other, feel respected and valued, and feel a sense of belonging.

Let us consider the following facts that may give the immune system a healthy boost while loving:

Nobody quite knows why loving relationships are good for healthy living. Human beings have been crafted by evolution to live in closely knit groups. When that is not happening, the biological systems ... get overwhelmed."

Another hypothesis presents that people in more composed relationships takes better care of themselves. A good spouse will keep you honest in your oral hygiene. A better pal could motivate you to take more whole grains and over time, these good habits results to fewer illnesses.

Less Depression, Drug Abuse, Anxiety and Stress Management

According to testimonies, peaceful love experience reduces depression in both male and female because social isolation higher the rates of depression. Another interesting point is that a comfortable love experience also contributes to a decrease of heavy drinking and drug abuse, even among youths.

Considering anxiety in this context, a loving and healthy relationship is higher compare to a recent romance. Researchers at State University of New York used functional MRI scans to look at the brains of people in love. They reported that newly passionate lovers and long-term couples demonstrated activation in a part of their brain associated with strong love but with striking differences. In peaceful relationships, there is activation in the areas connected with bonding ... and less activation in areas that effect anxiety." This study was submitted at the 2008 conference of the Society for Neuroscience.

If love helps people cope with pain, what about other types of stress? If you're fighting a stressor, with the help of someone who loves you, you will cope better. If you lose your job, it comforts you emotionally and financially if a partner is there to support you.
